Truth is that which does not change. Anything that changes is illusion. Think about it. If it changes it must be an illusion. Truth doesn't change. Truth is eternal.
How can we know the Truth? The Truth is not to be found in the physical world. The physical world is nothing by illusion. Truth can only be known in your own being. The Soul that is withinyou is the seat of Truth in this world for you. If you want to know Truth then you must look inside.
You can know these things at any time by simply knowing your soul. Therefore, the path to God begins within. You must know God within your own being before you can ever recognize him in anything outside of yourself.
Your body is your temple. The force that is keeping you alive is God. You certainly did not gain life through any great skill of your own. You cannot maintain your life through skill or cunning either. Life is a blessing from God and it will one day be taken from you.
When the physical illusion falls away from you at death all illusion falls away with it. At that instant everything will be revealed to you in it's true spiritual significance. Every wrong you ever did will come back to you. You will instantly understand how your every action affected the other Souls around you for better or worse. The only thing that you will have is the kharma of all the good or bad deeds that you have done in your life.
